Multi-fiber pay-off system ensures reliable and synchronized unwinding with precise tension control.

GMM’s Multi Fiber Pay-0ff stand features a robust, welded frame designed for simplifi ed installation, requiring no specialized fl oor preparation. Each reels is loaded manually, with operators securing them into the main frame using fast-fi xing nuts or quick locks. To ensure sensitive and precise unloading, every fi ber is guided through a dedicated, specialized pneumatic piston dancer assembly.

MULTI FIBER PAY OFF

Individual motors manage the payoff for each fi ber spool, while the integrated pneumatic dancers provide active tension control. This design is optimized for high-performance fi ber management, ensuring consistent quality during the production process. The system is highly scalable; for multi fi ber production requirements, two of these units can be operated in full synchronization to maintain uniform output across all strands.
