PORTAL A-TYPE

Lifting and lowering operations are performed by dual AC brake motors driving precision screw shafts on extendable arms. After positioning, the reel is securely fixed with an AC motor with an adjustable torque limiter. The drive system consists of two forced-ventilated motors supporting options of constant torque, dancer control, or accumulator integration.

To maintain product integrity, this traverse winder moves on a raised platform or embedded structure, ensuring precise winding without lateral deviation. The integrated electrical panel is powered by flexible cabling, maintaining the system's mobility.
